| Shoppers have the best experience with Prophet software when they have the following system configuration:|
- Using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. Microsoft Edge and Safari are not recommended.
- Mobile devices are not currently supported and attempting to use one to fill out a shop may cause you to lose your work.
- Make certain your browser allows pop-ups and cookies for the Prophet site.
If you do not have this configuration, you will have problems receiving and submitting mystery shops using Prophet.

Tips for Writing the Perfect Report
Use the Report Cues
Make sure that your response is a match to the question being asked and nothing more.
Write In The Past Tense
For instance, rather than saying, “The exterior of the store is well lit,” write, “The exterior of the store was well lit.”
Spel Spell Chek Check
Use a spell check function to alert you to misspelled words. Chrome and FireFox have a built-in spell check, or try an IE add-on such as HotLingo. Still, you should review your work before submitting – a spell checker will not catch “flour” when you meant to type “floor”.
Never Write in ALL CAPS
Writing in all caps is the virtual equivalent of yelling your comments.
Provide Objective Comments
Describe what occurred; not how you felt about it.
Check For Answer Consistency
When you enter your report, be sure that the Yes/No answer matches the comment section.
Comment on 'No' or negative answers in comments to back up why you answered the question negatively.
Timeliness Is Critical
Reports need to be submitted by the client's required timeframe.
